To maintain an efficient operation with large inventories dedicated to prompt service, Edwards has the following policies:
Edwards only sells to sales organizations, manufacturers and industrial launderers who have established credit responsibility. No sales are made directly to the ultimate user. Edwards' products are manufactured at different operating facilities, with subsidiaries and suppliers on a world-wide basis.
All invoices are issued with terms of Net 30. Orders are not shipped whenever there are past due invoices. Shipments are made F.O.B. Kalamazoo, Michigan. C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Payments must be sent to Edwards Lock-box-address shown on all invoices. All customers whose payments are returned as NSF or made in non-US currency will be assessed with an additional fee.
All Visa, Master Card and American Express payments are considered "Cash in Advance" orders. Orders that are shipped as "Cash in Advance" and/or with a credit card do not qualify for a discount.
While Edwards does accept debit cards, it should be noted that use of a debit card for an order will result in funds for the order amount being held by your banking institution. An additional hold of funds could occur if a charge is made to the same order.
Edwards offers free 3-day shipping on individual orders totaling $200.00 or more of net merchandise. Orders will be shipped via FedEx ground or FedEx 3-day select depending on destination. This offer is valid for the contiguous United States. Services such as decoration, garment modification and eCustom services are not included in the net merchandise total. Samples and close-outs are excluded. Larger bulk orders will be shipped by LTL carrier of Edwards' choice and may take longer than 3-days to be delivered. LTL shipments that require special handling such as power lift gate, inside delivery, residential delivery, etc., are not eligible for free freight. Orders under $200.00 will ship FedEx ground or FedEx 3-day select depending on location at less than published FedEx ground rates. Special terms, pricing, contracts or special handling requirements may not be eligible for this program. Edwards may periodically offer other free freight promotions and free freight is subject to change.
Edwards distributors may not advertise or promote Edwards products, or cause the products to be advertised or promoted at prices discounted below the Edwards MAP Policy. This policy is made to protect the integrity of the Edwards Garment product line and our distributor network. The Edwards Garment MAP policy applies to, but is not limited to, advertising in all catalogs, direct mail, websites, in-store displays, and any and all other forms of advertising media, including the internet and any other electronic medium available. You may not promote or advertise Edwards products at prices discounted more than 20% on retail pricing advertised by Edwards, when coded on an "A." Any quantity discounts may not be advertised below MAP price.
In the event Edwards receives information that a party is advertising an Edwards' product below MAP, Edwards will contact the party in non-compliance. Once Edwards has contacted the party, the pricing must be corrected within three business days. If the advertised pricing has not been corrected in three days, Edwards will cease to supply the offending party. This sales policy is not a contract, nor an offer to form a contract. Edwards is not asking for and will not accept any agreement affirming your compliance with this policy. This policy simply describes the circumstances under which Edwards may in its sole discretion, choose to continue selling its products to you. If Edwards believes that you have failed to comply with this policy, Edwards may, with or without written notice to you, stop selling Edwards products to you or terminate the relationship.
Edwards Representatives are strictly prohibited from discussing this sales policy or any other pricing practice with you, and from seeking or accepting any assurance of compliance with this policy. All questions regarding this Policy shall be directed, in writing, to Edwards Garment, Attn: VP of Sales, 4900 S. 9th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. Edwards does not seek any comment or criticism from you about the pricing or advertising practices of any other authorized customer.
Edwards will not, under any circumstances, discuss the business dealings of any authorized customer with any other authorized customer. Edwards reserves the right to change, amend, or discontinue this sales policy at any time, and no third party has any right to rely on the continued existence of this policy, or any act or omission by Edwards to enforce this sales policy. Edwards may elect not to enforce advertising price policies on high volume orders. If an Edwards distributor with multiple store locations and website(s) violates this MAP policy at any particular store location or website(s), then Edwards may consider this to be a violation by all of the distributor's locations.
There will be a 100% up-charge to list price for any special size garments that are not listed in the Edwards catalog. Special size garments are non-returnable/non-cancelable.

Do not deduct from payments for returns or shortages unless you can refer to our credit memorandum number. The only deductions recognized are the amounts listed on the credit memorandum.
DO NOT return merchandise without first calling Edwards Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Indicate this RA# on the outside of the carton. Place the RA inside the carton, along with the reason for the return, with a packing slip. Do not put any orders with returns. Place a new order promptly for replacements. No returns will be accepted on discontinued products or 90 days from the purchase date. All goods returned after 90 days are subject to a restocking fee. Certain items may not be returned due to changes in make, pattern or fabric. All garments must be returned in the same condition as when shipped to you. Any worn garments being returned for construction or fabric failure must be cleaned prior to being returned. Any non-returnable item (or garments which are not Edwards) will be returned at customer's expense. Returns should be sent back UPS Ground or equivalent to: 4900 South 9th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009.
All merchandise drop-shipped to third parties (e.g. screen printer, embroiderers, etc.) must be inspected for accuracy and product flaws before printing or embroidering. Edwards Garment Co. is not responsible for discrepancies on orders sent to anyone other than the invoiced customer. Claims must be submitted to Edwards Customer Service within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Please call (800) 253-9885.

Exchanges are not made. Credits are issued for returns, and replacement shipments are invoiced.

Per Federal Regulations, all garments are labeled for home laundering. Industrial laundering guides are available upon request.
